Finding community is A key to healing!
Our vision at Rett’s Roost is to foster a community of families navigating a path towards healing and re-creating joy in their lives. The feeling of loneliness when your child is diagnosed with cancer or leaves this world is palpable. Finding friends that understand a little of what you are experiencing as a family can help you get through the hard days. Yoga for Grief

This class is offered multiple times a year both online and in-person. It is for not only grieving parents but for anyone mourning loss of a person or life as we once we knew it. Join us at Yoga East in Kittery or online.

SAGE’s ENTERTAINMENT Spring into Magic Course
Apr 16, 23, 30, and may 7, 5-6 pm EDT online

This course is for children ages 7 and up and will be offered by Sage’s Entertainment online for four Sundays at 5-6pm EDT. There is no need to be a local family for your child to participate. Magic kit sent in the mail before the start date so sign up early!

Rett’s Roost Vent Event

An opportunity for parents to work through their pent up emotions over their child’s diagnosis or death. Meet us at Vent in Portsmouth, NH for this invigorating and emotionally charged event. Appetizers and drinks will be served. Adults only.

MT. AGAMENTICUS FAMILY NATURE HIKE

Do your kids enjoy being outside? With summer near, this will be the perfect opportunity to breathe in the fresh air and heal in nature together with other Rett’s Roost families. Access road and trail available for those unable to hike up. Snacks and a nature presentation at the top.
