Yoga is the body and mind-centered work we need to do to move grief through our psyche, while at the same time keeping our loved one close to our heart.
Join Deana Cavan from Rett’s Roost for an online, donation-based class on moving the grieving body. This class is for all levels, including beginners to yoga, and all grievers, not just bereaved parents.
We will use breathing exercises, body movement, and restorative relaxation poses to reclaim your breath and appreciate the love for your beloved that still resides inside you. Yoga brings clarity to the inaccurate and self-deprecating thoughts that surround our loss. And it opens our hearts up for love and gratitude to fill in the broken places.
Select “Going” or “Interested” on the Facebook event or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the zoom link 1 day before the class. If you lost a child, this class is free, if it is another type of loss, please make a donation on our Donate page. You might consider a donation of $22 in honor of Rett.
If you cannot make the July date, we have another session scheduled for August 30th.
