Join us on the water in Newcastle, NH on Sunday, July 11th at 3pm for a gentle yoga practice on Stand up Paddle (SUP) boards for all levels with Seavasana and Portsmouth Paddleboard Company. We will begin with a short lesson on paddle basics followed by 45 minutes of yoga before returning to shore. Students will enjoy paddling to a quiet spot in the bay, anchoring their board and beginning their floating yoga session with Pranayama (breath). Every class is uniquely different with stretching, strengthening, balance, and a variety of yoga poses ending with Savasana (resting pose). Modifications will be shared to accommodate ALL levels from beginners to advanced. After our session we will provide light apps and drinks for a little Happy Hour on the beach.
Open to moms of pediatric cancer patients or child loss. Max 10 participants.
