Parent Retreat at River Winds Farm & Estate

If you lost a child to cancer or a terminal illness, you may feel like there is no where to turn for support. But you are not alone. We’ve met nearly 200 parents grieving a young child since 2016. And our goal is to cultivate an empathetic community to ease the pain & suffering they carry. We’ll be hosting up to 12 parents on this 2-night stay at a beautiful home in Saco, ME. If you need a weekend to focus on your grief and honor your child’s memory, we hope you sign up.

This year we’ll be gathering for our 2nd annual Winter Blues Bereavement Luncheon at the Press Room in Portsmouth, NH. They have graciously offered their space to Rett’s Roost for free.

A fun hockey event for Rett’s Roost families and supporters too! A portion of all ticket sales will come back as a donation to Rett’s Roost. They will also be raffling off a signed hockey stick–all proceeds from the raffle are donated to Rett’s Roost.

Yoga For Seasonal Anxiety & Depression

Yoga is a perfect way to overcome depression that creeps in during the cold, dark, winter months. This donation-based class at Yoga East in Kittery will warm us up for the polar plunge on Sunday. All are welcome!
