SUMMARY:Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga for Moms & Teens
DESCRIPTION:A fun evening at Wells Harbor learning how to take your yoga balance to the next level.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMost people have at least tried yoga\, and some have tried stand-up paddle (SUP) boarding\, but who’s done both at one time?! This therapeutic activity sounds tough\, but we promise it doesn’t hurt to fall off a SUP board. Most people find their balance easily\, and once you are surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the harbor\, with birds swooping overhead in the gorgeous late afternoon light\, you’ll feel a deep peace wash over you. \n\n\n\nCome connect with other moms and teens that have experienced childhood cancer and child loss. Open your heart with deep\, long breaths\, and feel your strength and confidence grow. This is a beautiful experience that you and your teen will not forget. If you don’t have a teen child\, you can still attend! \n\n\n\nWe’ll spend about an hour on the water\, then head over to the pavilion for a lovely picnic dinner.
